Extracting PDF pages: what you should know
Extracting pages creates a new PDF that contains only the pages you choose — the original file stays untouched. It is the quickest way to share a single chapter, the signature page of a contract or the one invoice you need out of a long statement.
Most online tools upload your document to a server. ToolCMB does the work inside your browser: the pages are copied from the original file into a new one on your device, so confidential documents never leave it and even very large PDFs are processed in seconds.
Because pages are copied instead of re-rendered, the result looks exactly like the original. Text remains selectable and searchable, and each extracted file only contains the fonts and images its pages need — so it is usually much smaller than the original.
